Why do you need to a cover letter?

While you may think your resume is more than enough to land your first interview, but it's your ability to go above and beyond that truly captures the attention of employers. And it starts from your cover letter. As the saying goes, "The First impression is the Last impression". A good cover letter won't guarantee you the job, but a bad one will ensure you don't even get the first round interview.

So what makes a great cover letter?
